Democrats in St Paul are trying to pass a law MANDATING that all of your guns be locked up at all times, separate from your ammo!
Under H.F. 4300/S.F 4312, if someone breaks into your house in the middle of the night and you pull a pistol from your night stand to protect yourself or your family, YOU go to jail, not the criminal.
Why? Because your guns are “supposed” to be LOCKED up 24/7.
This is outrageous, unenforceable, and DANGEROUS!
