Stop H.F. 15/S.F. 1117, Red Flag Gun Confiscations!

Senator Ron Latz just joined Rep. Cedrick Frazier and introduced S.F.1117/H.F. 15, ‘Red Flag Gun Confiscations’ legislation in the House AND Senate which would allow liberal judges here in Minnesota to order your firearms to be seized before you have been charged, indicted, or convicted of ANYTHING!

The complaint can come from a variety of people and the hearings that determine whether or not you lose your gun rights are conducted ‘ex-parte’ — meaning secret proceedings that you would not even be allowed to attend!

This bill destroys the American ideal of ‘innocent until proven guilty’ and obliterates your 2nd, 5th, and 6th amendment rights.

With Democrats in control of the Minnesota House AND Senate, we need your help now to pressure them into stopping this legislation!
