Representative Cal Bahr (HD31B) has introduced the Minnesota Gun Rights Constitutional Carry bill – HF309 – in the Minnesota House!
During the 2016 elections, Representative Bahr filled out his survey 100% in favor of your gun rights, promising to be the lead sponsor of REAL pro-gun reforms and now, he is making good on his promises!
This is an historic opportunity for gun owners in Minnesota.
As you all know, for years our fight has consisted primarily of trying to defeat aggressive anti-gun members of the Minnesota Senate lead by radical anti-gun Senator Ron Latz.
Though Latz was backed by BILLIONAIRE playboy Michael Bloomberg, with your help we shut down their attacks on the Second Amendment after dropping over 22,000 of your signed petitions on his desk the day of the committee hearings last year.
But of course, that was just the start.
With your help, MGR deployed a massive election program in 2016 designed to EXPOSE those who voted against Constitutional Cary and who voted FOR radical gun control measures.
Thanks to those efforts, gun owners stood tall and threw out a whole host of anti-gunners in the Minnesota legislature!
Because of that, we now have a professed pro-gun majority in both the House and the Senate in St Paul.
That’s why it’s our time to take decisive action in 2017!
We can no longer sit on the sidelines and play defense.
Now is our time to go on offense and make these legislators follow through on their campaign promises!
That’s why I need YOU to call through the list below and make sure all of those legislators have signed on to Minnesota Gun Rights’ Constitutional Carry bill – HF309 – by Representative Cal Bahr!

We all know Governor Dayton has been no good friend to gun owners in his time as Governor.
But he also has a major choice to make as these bills pick up momentum.
Does Dayton want to sit there and lock his jaw and veto Constitutional Carry, knowing that his successor will pay the price for his political malfeasance?
In fact, that’s exactly what happened to Chris Koster in Missouri last year when he was defeated by gun owners after his predecessor, Governor Nixon, vetoed Constitutional Carry!
Or does he want to go out with a bang (pardon the pun!) and do the right thing by the Constitution and by gun owners here in Minnesota?
Only time will tell, but we will never have the occasion to find out if our House and Senate leadership does not make this a priority and pass these bills in 2017!
So please take action IMMEDIATELY, because passage of Rep Cal Bahr’s HF309 isn’t going to happen on its own, that I can tell you.
There are loud voices in St Paul who will be advocating against your gun rights, as there always are.
At the same time, gun owners are a powerful force to be reckoned with in this state, especially at election time.
We’ve proven that time and time again.
Now’s the time to cross the goal line, with passage of Constitutional Carry legislation!
