The Minnesota State Legislature is now in session, and I have important news.
The Minnesota Constitutional Carry Bill (SF684) has just been introduced!
But you and I must spring into action now — or I’m afraid BILLIONAIRE anti-gun activist Michael Bloomberg and his anti-gun pals in St. Paul will get the last laugh.
As you’ll see below, I’ve included Constitutional Carry petitions to your State Representative and Senator.
These petitions insist that your State Representative and Senator do everything in their power to force BOTH houses of the Minnesota State Legislature on record on Constitutional Carry.
I’m counting on you to please sign and submit them to me IMMEDIATELY.
There’s nothing the gun-grabbers fear more than an all-out fight over Constitutional Carry in the Minnesota State Legislature.
You see, if passed, the Constitutional Carry Bill would restore the right of every law-abiding Minnesota citizen to carry a gun to protect themselves and their families — WITHOUT going through a bunch of bureaucratic rigmarole!
This is the way it’s done in Alaska, Arizona, Wyoming and Vermont.
It was also passed last year in Arkansas (though it’s being fought out in the courts) and is currently the law in many places across Idaho and Montana.
Despite the hand-wringing of nanny-staters like Michael Bloomberg, these states are not plagued with shootouts and vigilante justice.
But I know that comes as no surprise to you.
Just the threat of running into someone who is armed is enough to convince many career criminals to think twice.
The great news is, just forcing these votes on Constitutional Carry puts you and me in a win/win situation.
Either we get the votes we need to pass Constitutional Carry — or EVERY gun-grabber in BOTH parties in St. Paul will be EXPOSED.
Whenever that happens, gun-grabbers pay a severe price at the ballot box — just like we saw nationally in 2014.
That’s why the gun-grabbers are so afraid.
Of course, Bloomberg and his allies have already promised to spend millions weighing in on legislative fights in up to 20 state legislatures.
With four anti-gun lobbyists registered in St. Paul on Bloomberg’s gun-control group’s dole, I know Minnesota is going to be a top target.
After all, you and I only narrowly beat back his anti-gun assaults over these past two years.
And Bloomberg is more determined than ever to seize back total control of our State Government.
But he knows for that to happen, he must kill Constitutional Carry quietly — without a vote.
That way he can continue to keep his allies in BOTH parties hidden from the voters and ready to pounce like wolves in sheep’s clothing.
So make no mistake.
Wily and entrenched gun-grabbers are going to do everything they can to stop you and me.
They’ll gin up opposition in the anti-gun media.
They’ll use scare tactics.
They’ll use the gauntlet of Committees and Committee hearings and bend legislative rules to place stumbling blocks in our way.
They’ll shriek and moan and make excuses like, “the timing just isn’t right.â€
You and I have to be prepared for every dirty trick in the book.
With the Minnesota State Legislature currently in session, there’s no time to waste.
Even as I write you, Minnesota Gun Rights is working on an all-out plan to force BOTH houses of the Minnesota State Legislature on record on the Constitutional Carry Bill, including:
>>> Collecting at least 100,000 signed petitions from Second Amendment supporters — like the ones I’ve enclosed with this letter — insisting that their legislators take action on Constitutional Carry;
>>> A massive mail and email program all across Minnesota designed to generate pressure on politicians;
>>> A statewide media tour where I’ll work talk radio and local TV explaining why Constitutional Carry is so important for Minnesota;
>>> Hard-hitting Internet, radio and newspaper ads calling out anti-gun politicians who oppose Constitutional Carry.
I know this plan is ambitious.
But it won’t happen without your support.
I hope you’ll agree our Second Amendment rights are worth fighting for.
The great news is, whether it’s stopping Bloomberg’s anti-gun schemes or holding politicians accountable during the 2014 election year, Minnesota Gun Rights’ members and supporters have already proven we can make an enormous impact.
But it’s up to you and me to keep up the pressure on the Minnesota State Legislature.
I don’t know what you can afford.
My hope is you’ll agree to a generous gift of $500 or $250, as others have been able to do.
I know that’s just not possible for everyone.
But I’m asking all Minnesota Gun Rights’ members and supporters to stretch.
If $500 or $250 is just too much, please agree to $125, $70 or even $25.
Without your support today, I’m afraid anti-gun politicians could continue to get away with killing pro-gun bills without paying the price.

Chris Dorr
