The U.S. House of Representatives just passed two MAJOR gun control bills, just days after they were introduced.
The first bill that was rammed through the House was H.R.8, the Nation Gun Registration bill.
If H.R. 8 becomes law and you sell a rifle to a friend from church without first getting permission from the federal government and without adding the buyer’s name to the FBI’s NICS database — you would be a felon!
If you let a neighbor borrow a shotgun to go hunting for the weekend without getting permission from the federal government and without adding the buyer’s name to the FBI’s NICS database — you would be a felon!
Or, if your friend wants to let his wife try out your new Glock 43X, to see if it fits her hands before they buy one for her, you would need permission from the federal government first and would have to add her name into the FBI’s NICS database first — or you would be a felon!
The second gun control bill that was rammed through the House was H.R. 1446, infinite firearms transaction delays.
Under the current failed NICS setup, the FBI has up to 3 days to return the results of a completed background check to FFLs.
If their “check” comes back with no prohibitions in that 3-day time span, a firearm transaction MUST be concluded. But H.R. 1446 obliterates that!
This garbage legislation increases the amount of time the FBI can sit on a check from 3 days to a MINIMUM of 10 days and NO upper limit.
That means anti-gun politicians and elitist bureaucrats could literally delay your firearm transactions INDEFINITELY!
TAKE ACTION TO STOP H.R. 1446!
But this was NOT just a Democrat pushed agenda.
8 RINO Republicans joined Nancy Pelosi and betrayed gun owners, voting in favor of destroying your Constitutional Right to Keep and Bear Arms!
